Surangika Udugama

Surangika is a registered massage therapist in good standing with the Canadian Massage and Manual Osteopathic Therapists Association. Surangika graduated from MH VICARS massage therapy college where she received a thorough education in anatomy, physiology, and assessment, and learned treatment approaches for concerns such as muscle pain and tension, headaches, stress, postural imbalances, muscle-related nerve compression syndromes, and more!

Surangika has always had passion for helping others. She has over 10 years experience working in acute care settings.

Surangika’s technique is very thorough and can be adapted to each client’s needs, whether it be deep tissue, relaxation, trigger point therapy, fascial release, and so on. Surangika is also certified to do cupping and integrates cupping into her treatments to facilitate wellness. Calming the mind and soul is an important intention in all of Surangika’s massage therapy sessions.

When Surangika is not in the clinic, she is spending time with family, cooking, traveling, swimming, or singing.
